They went back and forth, day after day, advocating for us until we received that long-awaited approval. They didn’t just handle the loan — they set up our appraisal, survey, and worked closely with the title company to make sure everything was perfect. And when it came time to close, Joe personally drove 299 miles one way to Naples, FL to sit beside us at the closing table. That kind of commitment is unheard of.
